Ingredients

- 2 oranges

- 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar

Instructions
- Season pork loin across all surfaces with salt and pepper. Allow to rest on counter at least 30 minutes at room temperature before baking.
- In a medium sauce pan, combine orange juice, red pepper flakes, dark and light soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and ginger. Bring to a medium heat; allow to simmer 10 minutes.
