Ingredients

Food Ingredients:

  • 1 c. generic white rice
  • 1 small can tomatoes diced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 c. chicken stock

Flavor Balancers:

  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder

Aromatics:

  • 1/2 tbsp. garlic minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano dried
