Spaghetti Alla Bolognese Recipe

Very simply translated: spaghetti in the style of the Bolognese. The Bolognese are famous for their meat sauce. And it is fabulous over spaghetti. Tasting Guidelines: Taste is savory and sweet. Weight is medium but can be balanced with vinegar or lemon juice. Texture is soft and noodley. Good for people with low to moderate treatment side effects. Best categorized as classic Italian.

Ingredients

Food Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. thick spaghetti noodles
  • one batch marinara follow recipeĀ on this website
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage ground

Flavor Balancers:

  • kosher salt

Instructions

  • Brown the sausage in a pan. Drain the grease. Stir in the marinara sauce. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes on a low heat. Allow all flavors to work together.
  • Boil noodles in water that tastes as salty as the ocean. Serve with parmesan. Enjoy.
